How it works

From a first draft to a reviewed call

Vaani is one console for the whole life of a voice agent: building it, testing it, running it and checking what it did.

Agent studio

One page per agent. Changes are saved as versions, and a version is published only when it passes its checks.

  • The prompt, the first message, the voice and the tools the agent may use.
  • AI disclosure and recording notice as settings, checked before publishing.
  • Words your business must never say, refused at publish time.
  • Roll back to an earlier version when a change does not work.

Simulations before a live call

A scripted caller talks to your agent, as text, as many times as you like. No telephone is involved.

  • Scenarios you write: the easy caller, the angry one, the one who asks to stop.
  • Each run is checked by rules: was the disclosure said, was a forbidden word used.
  • Read the full transcript of every run.

Campaigns with a second approval

An outbound campaign is planned, shown to an approver and frozen. It then dials only the people who pass every check at that moment.

  • Two kinds only: promotional and service. Each has its own rules.
  • Approved by someone other than the person who wrote it.
  • Every refused call has a plain reason you can read.
  • A complaint pauses the campaign.

Calls, leads and callbacks

Every call is kept with its transcript and its outcome. What needs a person is put in front of one.

  • Inbound and outbound calls in one list, with filters and export.
  • Leads with the call they came from, worked through your own stages.
  • Callback requests as their own list, so none is forgotten.
  • A do-not-call list that every call respects.

Quality review

Reviewers score calls against your rules and propose what the agent should learn. A manager approves a learning before it changes the agent.

  • Scores and notes per call.
  • Learnings proposed by reviewers, approved by a manager.

Your vendors, your people, your rules

Connect the speech, language and voice vendors you choose. Decide who may see and do what.

  • Vendor keys are encrypted and can never be read back.
  • Roles you can adapt, down to who may open a transcript or a recording.
  • An audit log of sign-ins, changes, exports and every opening of a transcript.
  • Notifications to your team when something needs attention.
