Terms of service

Last updated 9 October 2026. Version 2026-10-10.

Vaani is a product of Aeonx Digital Solutions Private Limited (“AeonX Digital”, “we”, “us”). These terms are the agreement between us and the business that uses Vaani (“you”).

By creating a workspace, or by using Vaani, you accept these terms. If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you may do so.

1. Who we are

Aeonx Digital Solutions Private Limited, C 203 – C 206, 2nd Floor, JV Business Park, Bhuj Highway, Kutch, Gujarat – 370020, India. GSTIN 24AAJCA8663R1ZV.

2. The service

Vaani is a platform for building and running AI voice agents for business calls, inbound and outbound. It includes the console, the agents you build in it and the records of the calls they handle.

Vaani is for businesses. It is not offered to consumers for personal use.

We may change the service as we improve it. We will not remove a feature you rely on without telling your workspace’s admins first, unless the law or safety requires it.

3. Your account and workspace

  • Give us accurate details about your business and keep them up to date.
  • Keep sign-in details secret. You are responsible for what the people you invite do in your workspace.
  • Tell us at once if you believe someone has used your workspace without permission.

4. Verification before live calls

Calls to real telephone numbers, campaigns that dial and emails that ask for consent are switched off for a new workspace. We switch each one on after we have verified the business. Paying for a plan does not switch them on.

We may refuse to switch a capability on, and we may switch it off again, if we believe it is being used against these terms or against the law.

5. Your responsibilities as the caller

You are the caller of record for every call your agents make or answer. You are responsible for:

  • holding a valid, recorded consent from each person you call for promotion;
  • your registrations with telecom operators, including your DLT entity and the numbers you call from;
  • scrubbing your numbers against the do-not-disturb registry on your own portal and importing the result;
  • what your agents say, and making sure it is true and lawful;
  • telling people that they are speaking to an AI, and that a call is recorded when it is;
  • the laws and sector rules that apply to your calls, including the rules for collections if you make them.

6. What you must not do

  • Make promotional calls to people who have not consented, or who have asked you to stop.
  • Deceive a person about who is calling or why, or pretend that an agent is a human being.
  • Threaten, harass or pressure anyone.
  • Use Vaani for anything unlawful, or to reach emergency services.
  • Try to get around the checks Vaani makes before a call, or use another workspace’s data.
  • Resell Vaani, or copy or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this whatever a contract says.

7. What Vaani checks, and what it does not

Vaani refuses a call that fails its checks, as described on the trust page. These checks work on the records your workspace gives it. Vaani does not verify that a consent you recorded was truly given, and it does not contact any registry or carrier.

Nothing in Vaani is legal advice.

8. Vendors you connect

Vaani works with speech-to-text, language-model, voice and telephony vendors. Where you connect your own account with a vendor, that vendor’s terms apply between you and them, and you pay them directly.

We are not responsible for a vendor’s service, but we will help you find the cause when a call fails.

9. Fees and taxes

  • Fees are the ones shown on the pricing page, or agreed with you in writing, when you subscribe.
  • All prices exclude GST. GST is added at the rate that applies.
  • A plan is charged in advance for each billing period, through our payment provider.
  • A trial, when we offer one, lasts 14 days and needs no card.
  • If a payment fails we will tell your workspace’s admins. We may limit the workspace until it is paid.
  • We may change our prices. A change applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you before it does.

10. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. The service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There are no partial refunds. A mistaken charge is refunded in full. The details are in the refund and cancellation policy.

11. Your data

Your workspace’s data is yours: contacts, calls, recordings, transcripts, consent records and everything else you put in or your agents create.

For the personal data of the people you call, you decide why and how it is used, and we process it for you, on your instructions, to provide the service.

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

12. Confidentiality

Each of us will keep the other’s confidential information secret and use it only for this agreement. This does not cover information that is public or that the law requires to be disclosed.

13. Our rights in Vaani

We own Vaani, its software and its brand. While your subscription runs you may use Vaani for your own business. If you send us ideas for improving it, we may use them freely.

14. Suspension and ending

We may suspend a workspace, or part of what it can do, for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, for complaints about its calls, or where the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put it right.

Either of us may end this agreement. You do it by cancelling. We do it by giving you notice.

When the agreement ends, your access ends with your paid period. You may export your data before then. After that we delete it within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

15. Availability

We work to keep Vaani available and to tell you about planned maintenance. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and we give no uptime commitment unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

Voice agents are built on speech and language models, which can mishear and can be wrong. You are responsible for testing your agents and reviewing their calls.

16. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows: neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or data; and our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Claims arising from your calls

If a person, a telecom operator or a regulator makes a claim against us because of your calls, your content or your breach of these terms or of the law, you will cover the reasonable costs and losses we incur as a result.

18. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over any dispute, after we have both tried in good faith to settle it.

19. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and tell your workspace’s admins by email about a change that matters. Using Vaani after a change takes effect means you accept it.
